Residents are cared for in their own unit and do not have to relocate to another unit.

The rental includes one lunch meal per person per day, washing once per week, cleaning services once per week, primary healthcare and water usage. Residents are responsible for their own electricity.

Residents on the high care package have 3 meals per day, electricity as well as daily cleaning of bathrooms.
