Care Centre
Negester Onrusrivier South has a modern, well-equipped sectional title care centre with 50 residential units – units ranging from 27 m2 to 70 m2 in size. The centre opened its doors on 6 December 2014, offering three care packages (2022/2023 prices):
- Basic care packages from R14 500 p.m.
- Assisted care packages from R24 100 p.m.
- Frail care packages from R35 500 p.m.
The en-suite residential units are all equipped with a kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Care centre residents will receive the following services (based on the basic care package) as a standard option:
- Primary health service
- Weekly cleaning and laundry service
- 30 nutritious three-course meals
- DStv connectivity
- 24/7 emergency link with nurses call station

Negester has appointed NSC as their medical service provider. NSC is a provider of cutting edge and valued community, medical, and nursing services. NSC is a registered Nursing Agency that has been contracted by one of South Africa’s leading medical aid companies to ensure that home care, the necessary third component in a coordinated care program, is offered. NCS`s vision is to provide a holistic health and support service to ensure that a fully developed personal care and health service meets the expectations of all the residents.
